Refund & Cancellation Policy

Article 1 — Scope
This Policy applies to all users who purchase a Full Analysis on Fortune Synthesis for $7.99 USD, processed via PayPal.
Article 2 — Payment Model
Full Analysis is a one-time purchase. AI processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Analysis results are delivered and stored in your account upon completion. Because the service involves immediate and irreversible consumption of AI resources, special refund conditions apply.
Article 3 — Standard Policy (Non-Refundable)
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- The analysis result has been generated and is accessible in your account.
- You are dissatisfied with the content of the AI-generated reading.
- You did not enjoy or agree with the interpretation — subjective dissatisfaction is not grounds for a refund.
- You entered incorrect birth data (please review carefully before submitting).
- Refund is requested more than 7 days after purchase.
Article 4 — Exceptions (Refunds May Be Considered)
We will review refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The Service was completely inaccessible due to a technical error on our end, and no analysis result was delivered.
- Payment was processed but the analysis was never generated due to a system failure, and the issue cannot be resolved.
- Refund is requested within 7 days of purchase and no analysis has been initiated.
- Required by applicable consumer protection law.
Article 5 — How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact us via the Contact page with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- PayPal transaction ID
- Date and time of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3–7 business days.
Article 6 — Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not offered. The Full Analysis is a single indivisible product.
Article 7 — Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued through the original PayPal payment method. Processing time depends on PayPal's policies and may take several business days to appear in your account.
Article 8 — Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-service notices or the footer.
