Article 1 — Nature of AI-Generated Outputs

Fortune Synthesis uses Claude (Anthropic) to interpret birth data through five traditional systems — Saju (四柱八字), Tarot, Numerology, Western Astrology, and Zi Wei Dou Shu (紫微斗數) — and synthesize the results into a unified reading. All outputs are AI-generated and probabilistic in nature. Results are intended as a starting point for self-reflection and are not final determinations of any kind.

Article 2 — No Warranty

The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the generated analyses. Specifically:

• Fortune readings may contain errors, omissions, or outdated interpretations.
• Results vary depending on the birth data and questions provided.
• No promise is made that following the insights will lead to any specific life outcome.
• AI models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect statements — treat all outputs critically.

Article 3 — Entertainment and Self-Reflection Only

All analyses from Fortune Synthesis are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute:

Fortune Synthesis and its operators disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on AI-generated analysis results, regardless of the plan or amount paid.

Article 6 — No Automatic Execution

The Service generates text analyses only. It does not make purchases, send communications, or take any action on your behalf. Implementation of any insight from the analysis is entirely your own responsibility.

Article 7 — Third-Party AI Dependency

The Service relies on Anthropic's Claude API. The Company bears no responsibility for service interruptions, output quality changes, or policy changes originating from Anthropic. If the AI provider experiences an outage or policy change that affects our Service, we will work to restore functionality as quickly as possible.

Article 8 — Amendments

This Disclaimer may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-service notices or the footer. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
